Be Love

How To Address The Negativity In Others And The World

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that. Hate multiplies hate, violence multiplies violence and toughness multiplies toughness.”

Martin Luther King was right.

What you resist persists.

When faced with anger, hate, being “wronged”, insults, disrespect and all the other “negative” things that will happen to you in your life, you cannot react with the same energy. You cannot stop someone from being angry by you being more angry with them.

You must put out the fires of negativity with love, understanding, kindness, and compassion.

It is not about talking to people and trying to “make the peace”.

It is the vibration you are putting out silently that must be changed.

Your “beingness” must change to that of love and compassion.

Yes, be patient with others. Be nice. Be kind. Smile. Pause and allow others negativity to burn itself out.

Let go of the negativity you are experiencing. Release it. Acknowledge it and allow it, but do not resist it or fight it or try to change it. Simply BE love.

Most importantly, let go of the negativity within you. Release all of it. If you are experiencing negativity in your life, that means YOU are vibrating a frequency of negativity. You attract into your life what you ARE.

When faced with “negatives”, accept what is instead of pushing back. Allow whatever IS, to be. Don’t resist.

THEN most importantly look within yourself. YOU must change YOUR vibration and state of being to change what you experience in your life.

Simply BE love and watch all negativities around you melt right before your eyes.

One main reason people cling to their negativities so stubbornly is because they believe that once their own “hate” or negative energy is gone, they will be forced to deal with their pain.

So understand that when you deal with people who are “negative” in any way, it is really because they have pain deep inside them.

Knowing this allows you to be more understanding and compassionate toward your fellow man.

Now, look within yourself. What pain are YOU afraid to deal with? Release it and let it go.

BE love.

Much love,
