Try 90 Days Of Exercise, Yoga And Meditation For Dramatically Improved Health In All Areas Of Your Life

There are three habits that will make your physical health better, increase your ability to create financial prosperity, and bring you inner peace, joy and happiness.

2.) Yoga postures (asanas)

3.) Meditation

Exercise includes: strength or resistance training; aerobics; anaerobic high-intensity training; walking; ballistic stretching (such as The Shaolin Workout); other stretching (such as SynerStretch, or Pavel stretching); kettlebells; sprints; jogging.

Do not do just one kind of exercise over and over. Mix it up. I do all of the above and more. One day I might do resistance training followed by ballistic stretching. Another day I might do sprints followed by a high-intensity training where I go anaerobic, then some cool down "relaxing into the stretch type stretching". 

Yoga postures are the Hatha Yoga original 84 postures (also called asanas). Tony Sanchez and Bikram have excellent programs using the method of doing a posture and holding it for about 15-30 seconds, then taking a 20 second rest, then doing the same posture again for 15-30 seconds, then taking another 20 second rest, then going on to the next posture. 

Mediation like Transcendental Meditation (TM) is sitting in a comfortable position for 20 minutes, 2 times a day and focusing on your breath or a silent mantra. I mediate for 20 minutes 2 times a day, and sometimes up to 1-2 hours at a time and sometimes 3 times a day. 

Do not be overwhelmed by this. The key is to START SLOW. 

When you start to exercise, start with 10 minutes! Then take a day break! The next day do another 10 minutes. Then take another day break. Start with every other day, or even Monday, Wednesday and Friday and take Saturday and Sunday off. Do just 10 minutes for the first 2 weeks. 

What will happen is YOU will WANT to do more! Go at an easy "gradient". 

The same with Yoga Postures. Start with doing ONE posture on day one. Then on day 2 do another posture, but just ONE! SLOWLY work your way up. A good book for this is Richard Hittleman’s Yoga: 28 Day Exercise Plan. Going to a Bikram or Hot Yoga 90 minute class is NOT where you want to start. That is starting at too steep a gradient. Go slow, but GO!

With Mediation, first learn a technique such as Transcendental Meditation or Siddha Yoga, or SELF Realization Fellowship (Kriya Yoga). Then start SLOW. On day one, meditate for only 5 minutes (set a timer). Keep doing 5 minutes just one time a day until you WANT to increase the time. Then maybe go up to 10 minutes. Slowly work your way up to 20 minutes and then try 2 times a day. 

Most super rich people do not exercise, or do yoga or meditate. Most people who do exercise regularly AND do yoga regularly AND meditate daily are NOT super rich (although SOME are), but they ALL have superior health, emotional balance, inner peace, AND a level of financial prosperity where life is "easy and fun", and all their needs are more than satisfied. 

One thing that happens when you engage in the above activities, is that you start to breathe more fully, into your stomach or diaphragm, instead of just breathing into your upper chest. This dramatically reduces stress and gets you more focused and centered. 

Try this. You may like the results. Give it 90 days and see the difference and evaluate for yourself if you see and feel the benefits. Also, ask OTHERS if they notice a difference in you over the last 90 days. You will be pleasantly surprised.
